Our Part Management Service provides landlords with a balanced approach to property management, combining expert support with the flexibility to remain involved in their investment. We operate as your renters’ primary point of contact, handling all correspondence and ensuring that their requirements are met promptly. Our complete marketing strategy includes extensive web promotion and detailed floorplans that highlight your property’s best characteristics. We perform accompanied viewings, provide quick feedback, and work with potential tenants to get favourable terms. Our professional team conducts thorough referencing checks and prepares all required tenancy papers, ensuring a seamless and compliant tenancy arrangement.
In addition, we handle the day-to-day operational aspects of your property. This includes instructing tenant-reported maintenance issues with 24-hour reporting available 365 days a year, ensuring prompt attention to any concerns. We renew safety certificates when they expire to ensure that your property remains compliant with rules. Our after-hours service ensures that essential concerns are handled swiftly, regardless of the time or day. We work and coordinate with our in-house maintenance team, handling communications and key releases to external parties as needed. For properties requiring Selective and HMO licenses, we manage the completion and renewal of applications on your behalf. With our Part Management Service, you can have peace of mind knowing that the essential aspects of your property are professionally managed while you retain control over other elements as you prefer.
The fee for our Part Management service is 7.5% inclusive of VAT of the monthly rental amount + Tenant Find Fee of 75% of the first months rent.
